“Believe In My Ability”

Allow people the opportunity to excel at what they do best and know best. Push them in the area they are most comfortable in. It’s wonderful to challenge them to do greater things, but never make the mistake of thinking the great you do is what they need to do also.

Everyone is cut out to do different things. The world would not be where it is today if everyone ‘invented’ the same thing.

So.. Don’t judge by your standards of accomplishment. Never. But rather, lets push the world into higher greatness by encouraging each individual by how well they excel at what they do :)
